Assistant Human Resources Officer (TA / Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute in whole recruitment cycle and procedure
  • Communicate with line managers for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions, selection criteria, hiring budgets and other requirements
  • Explore effective hiring channels
  • Prepare varies regular recruitment statistics and reports
  • Perform other HR related activities and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in food and beverage industry.
  • Fresh graduates with previous human resources internship experience are also welcome to apply
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
