Implement all-round recruitment and selection activities to assure a competent manpower force for our retail operations in Hong Kong;
Compile management reports and provide administrative support to the resourcing team;
Participate in reviewing and enhancing HR policies and procedures;
Assist in coordinating staff activities and employee relations issues; and
Perform ad hoc assignments.
Degree holder in business management disciplines with 2 years’ relevant experience;
Independent and with good interpersonal and communication skills;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage); and
Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
