Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department including corporate functions, training and staff activities as enrolment, expenses reimbursement etc.
  • Update HR records especially for training & staff activities, and preparation of reports
  • Upkeep good communication with various departments
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other administrative duties
  • Assist in the roll-out of new HRM modules under the ERP Project

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Familiar with Virtual Meeting Platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, well-organized and a good team player
  • Mature, pleasant personality, strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and able to manage pressure
  • Immediate available an advantage
