About this company

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruitment related activities including job posting, interview and onboarding arrangement
  • Co-ordinate all the training activities and logistics support, maintain and update staff training records
  • Assist in daily HR operations such as leave and attendance record, medical claims & insurance, access control systems, industrial injury case etc.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review
  • Provide supports to various HR projects and handle ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management
  • Relevant experience preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Self-motivated and well-organized with strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in MS Office
  • IELTS Score 6.5 or above preferable
