Job Summary

  • Assist in HR operational functions such as recruitment activities, compensation & benefits administration, training, performance management and staff relation
  • Update and maintain the human resources data base and personnel records
  • Assist in the payroll process 
  • Ensure the monthly payroll and MPF calculation are completed on a timely and accurate manner 
  • Perform general administrative support to the company
  • Maintain company’s HR system and staff database
  • Organize various staff and company activities
  • Prepare and compile various HR reports
  • Perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources/Hotel management or related discipline

  • At least 2 year’s relevant experience, with exposure in hotel industry is highly preferable

  • Well-versed in HK Labor Ordinance
