Support the end-to-end recruitment activities, such as advertisement handling, job fair logistics, interview arrangement, and on-boarding formalities.
Update and maintain accurate employee record in the HR information system and personnel file.
Prepare the employment related letters and handle database administration.
Prepare monthly statistical analysis and regular reports, e.g. headcount allocation, turnover rate analysis and salary survey etc.
Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when assigned.
Degree or above with good academic result.
At least 3 years relevant experience.
Willing to learn and able to work under pressure.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance will be an advantage.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant.
