Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support across the full spectrum of HR services including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee relations and engagement
Maintain and update HR systems and records
Assist in monthly payroll processing, final payments, leave administration and daily HRIS operations
Assist in organising staff events and ad hoc project
Requirements
Diploma / degree in human resources management or a related discipline
At least 1 year’s work experience, preferably in HR
Familiar with employment ordinance and other HR regulations in Hong Kong
Organised, detail-minded
Positive, pro-active, can-do attitude
Strong sense of responsibility
A team player who is also able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
