Assistant Information Technology Officer – (190004Y)
The appointee will work in a technical team responsible for providing IT Hotline/Helpdesk Support (Prime Duty); technical, front-line, and administrative support for PC/server hardware/software, Audio-Visual (AV) / LAN equipment, PC Laboratories, teaching/tutorial rooms; support to special projects such as system upgrade and any other duties as assigned. He/she is required to work on shift in the evening during weekends and/or public holidays.
Applicants should attain at least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics, preferably with a diploma or higher certificate in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computing Studies or equivalent. A minimum of two years’ working experience with exposure in Hotline/Helpdesk support and IT user support is required.

Pay & Benefits Package
