The Department

Our Interactive Services Department is responsible for the management of online interactive betting channels, including the web-based Online Betting Service (eWin) and the Mobile Betting Service (iPhone and Android betting apps), as well as the operations of various digital services like the Racing Touch and the HKJC TV Apps. These fast growing channels need to be closely monitored and fine-tuned to ensure customer's wagering experience can be delivered satisfactorily.

The Job

You will

  • participate in the enhancement and development of Mobile Betting Service, the Club’s betting website and other interactive betting channels to improve customers' experience
  • coordinate system project activities from business perspective, including user requirement documentation, project planning, implementation, and change management
  • implement process automation initiatives to improve operation efficiency
  • work with IT and business teams to ensure a smooth system implementation
  • arrange apps release, monitor traffic, and produce ad-hoc reports for management decision
  • provide recommendation on what OS and device should the Club be officially supporting
  • provide second tier support for customer enquiries regarding the Club’s interactive betting channels

About You

You should have

  • a degree in Business OR Computer Science / Electronic Engineering / E-Commerce, with strong business sense to adopt relevant technologies
  • at least 5 years relevant experience in project management skills, with projects related to e-Business
  • good understanding of digital industry in terms of product and services, operational requirements, market and related technology trends regarding both OS (Apple and Android) and device, and identify system enhancement opportunities
  • preferably knowledge in automation software like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Selenium, Tricentis Tosca
  • preferably knowledge in Fintech / FPS technology / latest mobile technology like fingerprint and biometric login
  • exposure to customer-centred design and development of e-Commerce web sites, mobile web sites and / or mobile native apps and experience with preparing user requirements documentation
  • energetic, creative and persistent personality in achieving results
  • excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese

For candidates with lesser experience, they will be considered for the post of Interactive Services Officer.


Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
