IT Infrastructure Delivery (ITID) – Networks oversees the Bank's IT infrastructure and supporting services that include data/voice communication networks, Contact Centre services and recording system that are fundamental components of the Bank's daily business operations.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager, Networks.

Principal responsibilities

  • Implement and support systems to the VoIP and Voice Recording environment in Bank.
  • Deploy, configure, test, and maintain voice systems of the Bank.
  • Coordinate VoIP related ongoing performance tuning, upgrades, and resource optimization per required.
  • Perform proactive system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of VoIP infrastructure. 
  • Handle BAU request and problem case from business users.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, project managers and end-users.


  • 7+ years IT infrastructure experience supporting VoIP infrastructure in financial services company.
  • Experience on Call Recording solutions is a must. (e.g. Verint, NICE, etc.)
  • Experience on supporting Cisco voice platform is a must.
  • Knowledge on VoIP concepts such as SIP trunk, TDM, IDA will be definitely advantaged.
  • Experience on trading floor voice platform is preferable
  • Knowledge on Cisco data network is preferable.
  • Knowledge on SBC (SIP Border Controller) is a plus.
  • CCNA network/ voice certification or similar is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
