Assistant IT Manager / IT Manager

What you'll be doing:
Mentoring, growing and contributing to a team whose main responsibilities are:

• Plan and manage IT infrastructure
• Manage a team of IT support officer
• Daily maintenance of internal weak current system, telephone resource management and IT asset management.
• Manage system, web and application servers.
• Enhance system serviceability, online stability, provide solutions and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Responsible for implementation, development, system maintenance & ongoing support of IT systems & service delivery of corporate application systems.
• Prepare IT proposal, budget, technical documentation and system specification.

What you should have:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years professional experience in multiple areas of technology, including network infrastructure, system infrastructure, network security and software engineering.
• Hands on experience in VPN / NAS / MySQL / MSSQL / MongoDB / AD / VMWare / HYPER V / ESXI and firewall administration.
• Mature, detail-minded with strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Attentive to details, responsible, self-motivated & well-organised. 
• Strong leadership and management skills, proven ability to manage IT team to achieve timelines and objectives.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Can work under pressure and fast-paced working environment.

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• Experience with Cloud Computing platform, Business Intelligence System, Data Analytics.
• Knowledge of gitlab CICD pipeline, gitlab runner installation, Dockerization and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
