Assistant IT Manager / IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to end users including setup and maintenance of user accounts, installation and maintenance of computer software and hardware, and troubleshooting of IT related problems
• Provide technical support and resolve issues from internal users and contact external related parties as necessary
• Formulate IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
• Plan and lead sizable IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in system and database administration
• Strong communication skills, project management skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
