Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support in technical issues, computer networking, application troubleshooting and hardware maintenance for 2 hotels.  
  • Ensure the guest satisfaction in IT matter.
  • Audit end-user device to comply with hotel group standard.
  • Shift work on Sat or Sun if any, and 24-hour on call support in duty.
  • Assist the Director of IT to perform any ad-hoc projects or tasks.

 Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate Holder in Information Technology or IT related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience in hotel /service apartments IT support role.
  • Experience with Hospitality related applications (PMS, POS, MC, Key Card, PBX, CAS) and office software applications is advanced.
  • Able to manage multi-task simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Good communications skills in both written and spoken in English and Chinese is required.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior IT Supervisor.
