Provide IT support in technical issues, computer networking, application troubleshooting and hardware maintenance for 2 hotels.
Ensure the guest satisfaction in IT matter.
Audit end-user device to comply with hotel group standard.
Shift work on Sat or Sun if any, and 24-hour on call support in duty.
Assist the Director of IT to perform any ad-hoc projects or tasks.
Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate Holder in Information Technology or IT related disciplines.
At least 3 years relevant working experience in hotel /service apartments IT support role.
Experience with Hospitality related applications (PMS, POS, MC, Key Card, PBX, CAS) and office software applications is advanced.
Able to manage multi-task simultaneously and work under pressure.
Good communications skills in both written and spoken in English and Chinese is required.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior IT Supervisor.
