The Job
- Perform data entry for systems and all clerical work of the team including paper and data filing
- Assist in installation and maintenance of IT equipment and software, and the services for user support
- Assist in inventory control of IT assets (hardware, software and licenses)
- Provide training, documentation and support in the use of office applications
The Requirement
- Tertiary education or above in Computer Sciences / Information Systems or related disciplines
- Relevant experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential
- Knowledge and understanding of contemporary information technology
- Familiar with PC skill, hardware and software support
- Knowledge in Hotel System and POS support will be an advantage
- Ability to work constructively as part of a team
