Assistant IT Project Manager/ IT Project Manager
What You Do
- Oversee the overall project progress by regular communication with project team to obtain status updates, and escalate unresolved issues and risk to Project Sponsor and IT PMO
- Track and follow up on defects identified during testing and UAT with Testers, Business Analyst and Development Team
- Ensure the deliverables in each stage of the SDLC process are completed and signed off
- Communicates with Requestor and other stakeholders regularly on project status, deployment result and changes made on systems
- Work with Infrastructure and Operations Team and Development Team to prepare deployment plan and roll back plan
- Check for information security concern throughout the SDLC process and follow up on actions required for compliance with Cyber Security Team
- Prepare test plan and coordinate the testing activities
- Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Who Will Thrive
- Degree holders or related discipline, with at least 4 years’ working experience and knowledge in PMO, IT governance & IT Compliance is an advantage
- Proficient in SDLC project management execution and business analysis experience
- Experience on PM Tools (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, Salesforce) and Data Analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI, Qlikview) is an advantage
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication skill
- Proactive, Independent, efficient, able to work under pressure with tight schedule
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua
- Holder of PMP, ScrumMaster certification or ITIL would be definitely an advantage
