Assistant IT Project Officer / IT Project Officer (5-day work)

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing management and statistics reports;
  • Preparing training materials of various computer systems;
  • Tackling the computer system’s problem arising from internal sale’s enquiries;
  • Liaise with internal and external parties;
  • Gather user requirements to meet clients' need;
  • Perform User Acceptance Test for various projects

 

Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or Business related disciplines 
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in project management
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, high sense of responsibility, good communication skills and able to work independent
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Photoshop
  • Good telephone manner
