IT Infrastructure Delivery (ITID) – Networks oversees the Bank's IT infrastructure and supporting services that include data/voice communication networks, Contact Centre services and recording system that are fundamental components of the Bank's daily business operations.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant ITID Manager, Networks (12-Month Contract).


Principal responsibilities

  • Implement and support systems to the VoIP, Voice Recording and Call Center environment in Bank.
  • Deploy, configure, test, and maintain systems of the Bank on all network aspect (voice / contact centre / data network)
  • Perform VoIP related ongoing performance tuning, upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
  • Perform proactive system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of VoIP infrastructure. 
  • Handle BAU request and problem case from business user
  • Provide assistance for call reporting and call flow.
  • Apply patches and upgrades on a regular basis to maintain operational and security standards.
  • Provide assistance for escalated support cases from network team.
  • Maintain configuration standards and operating procedures. 
  • Assist on call flow analysis, design, documentation and testing
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, project managers and end-users.



  • Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other information technology-focused field of study.
  • 3+ years IT infrastructure experience supporting Call Recording and Call Center in financial services company, with a strong focus on IP networking technologies supporting voice and data networks.
  • Experience in Call Recording solutions such as Verint and Nice platforms
  • Experience with LAN & WAN with an emphasis on important voice telecommunication concepts such as SIP trunk, H.323, SBC, TDM, IDAM, IDAP.
  • Experience and expertise with trading floor telephony technology such as IP Trading Turret BT system will be definitely advantage.
  • Experience with Cisco VoIP infrastructure, Call Manager, Unity application will be definitely advantage.
  • CCNA certification or similar is a plus.
  • Experience in working on medium to large-scale projects, in tracking and reporting the status of the projects.
  • Good knowledge of telephony, networking technology, regulatory & compliance.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
  • Require working on odd hours.
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
