To plan and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets of assigned channels
To formulate yearly budget and to implement customer business plans and reviews, category review, trading terms review and promotion evaluation
To build and maintain effective business relations with assigned channels and to identify new business channels for ongoing development
To closely tracking the retail environment for identifying threats and opportunities of competitors’ activities with corresponding proactive actions
To monitor trade marketing activities in terms of sales target and profitability
Degree holder in any discipline
At least 2 years of sales and key account management experience in FMCG industry
Result-oriented, ambitious and independent
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with strong analytical mind
Good written and spoken Chinese and English
Proficient computer skills and well versed in Microsoft Office
