Assistant Landscape Officer 助理園藝主任

Responsibilities:

• Oversee horticultural maintenance and landscaping projects with hands-on involvement in daily operations, be responsible for overall cost and performance control of projects
• Assist supervisors to devise and execute project plans, follow up all aspects of projects, including preparing quotations, presentation materials, submissions, method statements, work progress reports and service records
• Manage on-site coordination of arboricultural, soft landscaping and project administrative works
• Carry out site inspections and attend regular meetings with clients to ensure keeping up good quality of operations and services
• Liaise with external and internal parties to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations as well as projects’ requirements
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Degree Holder in arboriculture, horticulture, landscape management or environmental disciplines
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in horticultural or arboricultural field
• Possess of ISA Certified Arborist Certificate or other equivalent qualification is advantage
• Excellent people management skills; able to deal with diversity of projects and work under pressure
• Able to handle multi-tasks with strong project coordination and delivery skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in soft landscaping, plant and AUTOCAD is plus
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered asLandscape Assistant
