Our client, a well-known luxury fashion brand, is seeking for a high calibre to join them as Assistant Learning & Development Manager.

About The Role
Reporting to Human Resources Director, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for

  • Working closely with APAC retail training teams and corporate stakeholders to identify learning needs and designing the learning curriculum to archive business and people development needs
  • Designing and developing the corporate talent development programmes, succession planning, staff engagement and other Organization Development projects
  • Fostering the learning culture by delivering various learning interventions

About You

  • University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 8 years solid training and talent management experience, preferably in FMCG/retail industry;
  • Reliable and possess creative mindset, good project management skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
