We are looking for a dedicated, well experienced leasing administrative candidate to support their expansion team. Their new expansion plan in the APAC region requires a new headcount for reviewing the commercial contracts. Candidate with legal background will be at advantageous but not necessary.

Client Details

Our client is one of the reputable retail groups in Hong Kong, which has around 150+ stores across APAC region.


  • Conduct due diligence review for new-letting and renewal cases
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Expansion Team members and relevant professional advisors in preparing and reviewing the legal documents
  • Recommend and make proposed amendments in the legal documents for further negotiation with Landlord
  • Ensure that the terms in the legal documents are in line with the Company guidelines, Rules of Tenancy and approved terms
  • Prepare submission of legal documents for endorsement

  • Degree in Law, Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in leasing of shops in a major Retail Group (ie. Tenant's side)
  • Proven experience in preparation, reviewing and negotiation of lease Agreement and other legal documents for China cases and other Asia Pacific regions including Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia, etc. will be preferable
  • Good communication skills and negotiation skills with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
  • High integrity and stress tolerant ability
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
