Our client is one of the leading PRC based property investment and developer group, they are currently looking for a high caliber to fill up above positions for their HK susidiary company.

Assistant Leasing Manager / 助理租務經理


  • Assist in the planning and positioning of the portfolio and its tenant mix, while implementing improvements to maintain the quality and image of the properties
  • Participating in formulating and implementing leasing strategies, policies, guidelines, terms and conditions for the Company’s retail portfolio and market facilities
  • Formulate short and long term strategies in achieving target rentals and promoting full occupancy based on solid market knowledge and analysis
  • Source direct potential tenants and leasing channels to optimize the occupancy rate and company profit
  • Coordinating between tenants and propoerty management office regard on move in/out and other related matters
  • Negotiate new lettings, reversions and rent reviews
  • All leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy preparation, budget preparation, takeover and handover of premises, manage tenants fitting-out works and ad-hoc duties
  • Cultivate and promote good relationships with all internal and external stakeholders



  • At least 4 years relevant working experience within commercial property leasing in Hong Kong, experience in overseas leasing is a definite advantage
  • Possess good business acumen, analytical skills, with a sound knowledge of the property market
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentational abilities
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate with  less experience will be considered as Sr. Leasing Officer
