Assistant Leasing Manager and/ or Leasing Manager

To cope with our business expansion, we are now welcoming talents to join us in the rewarding journey of looking after leasing business in the following capacities of Assistant Leasing Manager and/or Leasing Manager. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of leasing matters pertaining to existing residents, including tenancy administration, term negotiations, lease extension, etc…
• Be an ARTUS ambassador of unit-viewing for walk-in inquiries
• Maintain relationship with leasing residents, identify potential for extension and/or unit upgrade
• Collect VOC from residents to build and refine strategies
• Work closely with members across all teams to ensure high productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in real estate or hospitality, familiar in the handling of luxury residential or commercial properties
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Development or related disciplines will be an advantage
• Must be an excellent team player with sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritize and detail-minded while enjoying satisfaction from successful business conversions
• Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and Chinese/Putonghua
• Good command of technology and basic user knowledge in Windows and MS Office, Delphi, eFlex and Opera system will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience and good personality may be considered as Leasing Executive
