We are looking for a senior leasing officer to develop business strategies; and handle lease administration and negotiation for the retail stores across the region, including Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Taiwan.

Our client is a well-known global retail group that has a strong footprint in the APAC region.

Description

  • Support the team to identify potential new opportunities in line with the strategic plan and gather related supporting information
  • Maintain and update weekly and monthly reports including the real estate pipeline tracker, progress reports of special projects etc.
  • Monitor the lease expiry and renewal pipeline, evaluate existing stores' financial performance to recommend renewal or closure of existing stores
  • Liaise and negotiate with landlords on brand mix and leasing conditions, arrange payments and handover to ensure completing the end-to-end deal process


Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5 years+ of retail real estate experience in retail or developer
  • Commercially savvy with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • A good team player with strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
