ASSISTANT LEASING MANAGER (RETAIL)

The successful candidate will handle the leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in PRC, including liaison with international brands, local estate agents, formulating leasing strategy and conducting marketing research etc. Basically stationed in HK but travel to various PRC cities is necessary.

Applicants should be a Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or related discipline with at least 7 years’ solid experience in handling property leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with reputable brands and property management people independently. Experience in retail / property management projects in PRC an advantage while experience in marketing / business development will also be considered. Fluent Putonghua and English as well as good negotiation and interpersonal skills are required. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer.
