Asset Management

  • Review and conduct feasibility study, market research, data and opportunity analyses on potential opportunities and interpret customer, market and competitor insights to identify and extend business opportunities on a global context
  • Review and analyze the business model, fixed cost, operating costs, pricing solutions for the projects undertaken and present business feasibility study for undertaking any new project. In collaboration with Finance team, develop a business case with P&L considerations and proposal with ROI and present to the Business Development Director for approval
  • Lead the evaluation and revision of the lease agreement in collaboration with legal and finance team
  • Lead the evaluation and revision of the Joint Venture Agreement in collaboration with legal and finance team


Business Development

  • Establish & cultivate relationships/joint opportunities with potential B2B (airports/ airlines/corporates, etc.) and develop strategic partnerships alliances that bring onboard business opportunities that are aligned with the Business Development strategy set forth by Business Development Director and Investment Committee. Strive to secure RFP/RFI or Direct negotiation business opportunities


Tender Administration

  • Consolidate and review global business development tender management initiatives across all Plaza Premium Group facilities and services
  • Lead the consolidation and review all the key input information (i.e Staff compensation & benefits/Manpower planning/F&B cost/F&B menu/capital expenditure) provided by all other respective departments when forming up the Financial forecast / proforma for all RFP/RFI/Direct Negotiation business opportunities related to all portfolio brands under Plaza Premium Group.
  • Manage the Business Development team on tender preparation and delivery, proposals and professional presentations and closing business deals by complying with requirements and upholding Plaza Premium Group highest quality standards
  • Partner with local Business Development teams and local general manager/regional general manager to review and oversee the development of proposals, bids, quotations and/or other documents in response to RFIs/RFPs or Direct negotiations
  • Provide updates to Business Development Director on all tender and post-tender developments. Follow-up and lead the execution for individual tender and post-tender developments.
  • Following the signing of the Lease Agreement and/or Joint Venture Agreement, the Senior Business Development Manager is responsible to perform full knowledge transfer and handover key account ownership to the pre-opening taskforce led by Group Operations and the selected Regional General Manager



  • Tertiary education with at least 8 years’ experience in Asset Management, Lease negotiation, Contract Management, Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Management consulting and a strong background in aviation knowledge, hospitality real-estate development, airport leasing, business analysis and financial accounting is preferred
  • Experience working on International business projects
  • Commercial driven with strong business acumen and an analytical mind
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong experience in contract negotiation (i.e lease agreement / joint venture agreement)
  • Team player, energetic and able to communicate well with various stakeholders
  • Powerful sense of responsibility
  • Strong background in MS Excel applications
  • Excellent command of Professional spoken and written English
