Assistant Leasing Manager

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
  • 6 - 8 years' relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably with major developers
  • Strong market sense and proactive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Customer focus with good communication and negotiation skills

The Ideal Person:

  • Supervise the leasing team to implement leasing plan and strategies for the Retail Porfolio
  • Strengthen business network with current tenants, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners
  • Handle daily leasing enquiry and all tenancy matters
  • Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports
  • Assist in budget planning and rental forecast
  • Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants’ fitting-out and refurbishment / revamping works
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants and property agents
  • Responsible for any assigned ad-hoc projects
