Responsibilities: 1. Cold Call 2. Handle leasing activities including new lettings, renewals and tenancy administration 3. Preparing regular reports, coordinating premises takeover & handover, fitting-out, renovation management 4. Assist in implementing leasing strategies to cope with business development 5. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
1. Diploma or above in Real Estate / Facility Management / Business Administration / Surveying or related disciplines 2. Minimum 1 year’s solid experience in leasing / property management / F & B fields 3. Proactive, customer oriented, outgoing with good communication and negotiation skills 4. Independent, detail-minded, well organized able to work in fast-paced working environment 5. Proficient in MS office, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing 6. Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
