Assistant Leasing & Property Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility of all-round property management functions of assigned properties
  • Lead leasing negotiation and maintain excellent relationship with existing and potential tenants
  • Provide high-quality management service and ensure compliance with relevant ordinances and company policies
  • Attend owners / tenants and Owners’ Committee meetings, handle enquires and complaints
  • Conduct market research, analyze market trends and prepare budget and reports
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as required

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in property management or related disciplines
  • Holder of PMP licence is preferred
  • At least 5 years solid experience in property / facility management
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; customer-oriented, good leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, etc.
