Assistant Logistics Coordinator

  • Handle customs-related queries received from Customs Authorities and Headquarters
  • Handle administrative work as required
  • Liaise closely with the Merchandising and Quality teams of the company
  • Support Logistics Coordinators with monitoring and liaising closely with vendors to ensure timely shipment and provision of all shipping documents according to guidelines and within the requested time frame
  • Support Logistics Coordinators to prepare full set of export shipping documents and ensure customer receives all required documents on time
  • Support Logistics Coordinators to arrange issue of L/C’s with close follow-up


  • Form 6 or above (HKDSE)/ Form 7 or above (HKALE)
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in a Trading company
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Sound knowledge and experience in handling international shipping documents and L/C’s
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office applications Excel, Word and Lotus Notes
  • Mature, hard working, well organised, self motivated and independent team player with good interpersonal skills
