Assistant Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of professional/ technical staff to take over on technical facilities of buildings and handle defect rectification aspects
• Supervise and carry out testing and commissioning.
• Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports
• Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation
• Facilitate technical specifications and requirements for all the self-performing maintenance and improvement works
• Preparing tender documents for the repair, maintenance and replacement services
• Devise maintenance plan and prepare annual budget for maintenance works

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
• Solid maintenance experience in electrical systems, plumbing and drainage, builder’s works and other building services
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A or above
• Experience in property management and taking over of properties is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Candidates with less relevant experience/ qualification will be considered for the post of Senior Technical Officer
