  • Degree holder in Building Studies, Building Surveying or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in building repair and maintenance in property management firms
  • Experience in organizing large-scale renovation projects a definite advantage
  • To oversee maintenance services and lead the in-house maintenance team and outsourced contractors
  • To undertake maintenance audit to ensure compliance with procurement policy
  • To formulate and review the maintenance policy
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
