•Provide technical advice and support to clients
•Source repair and maintenance quotations from contractors
•Supervise repairs and maintenance works in the property portfolio
•Implement and monitor on-site construction, renovation and improvement projects
•Higher Diploma holder or above in building services engineering, surveying, or a related discipline
•At least 1 year's relevant experience in property maintenance
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Mature, responsible, and have lots of initiative
