Major Responsibilities

  • Providing high standards of secretariat services for the senior executive office, the HKICL Board and its Sub-Committees
  • Assisting in organizing and coordinating Board and Committee meetings involving the senior executive office
  • Drafting, reviewing and coordinating different types of business documents, including meeting agendas, papers, minutes, reports, proposals, presentations and letters, etc.
  • Assisting in following up to matters raised at meetings to ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken
  • Assisting in managing protocols between the Board and the senior executive office
  • Coordinating committee work and liaising with both internal and external parties in a professional manner
  • Coordinating with departmental secretariat regarding secretarial issues
  • Maintaining an organized and effective document management system for confidential files and records


  • University education in finance, business management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ working experience in committee work, preferably in the banking, finance, public or government sector
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Capable of dealing with internal and external business executives and officials
  • Responsible, independent, well-organized and self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
