Assistant Manager – Channel Sales Support (Employee Benefits & MPF) - Insurance co

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support on the entire operations process on new business applications
  • Prepare sales presentation materials, sales illustrations and quotations
  • Act as key contact point with sales team and different internal departments to ensure smooth operation
  • Compile sales performance reports and product comparison analysis to assist management in strategic and business planning
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency team for marketing events including roadshow and client seminars
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
  • University graduates, with 7 years’ experience in insurance or sales support
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
