Job Description

  • To be responsible for the overall control and daily operations of Front Office
  • To lead and train the teams to deliver quality and professional services
  • To work with internal and external parties to ensure high quality of service is delivered
  • To develop team member’s in guest relationship management
  • To supervise the appointed outsource contractor or team
  • To handle guest queries and complaints, as well as any emergency issues in professional manner
  • To analyze guest feedback and recommend appropriate enhancement

Job Requirement

  • Degree / Diploma holder in hospitality management.
  • At least 3 years’ experience or above in the role of Front Desk Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Reception Manager
  • Familiar with hotel system will be an advantage
  • Possession of good leadership, presentation and organizational skills
  • Mature, detail-minded, people oriented with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
  • Shift duty include overnight shift is required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor / Officer
