In order to accommodate our growth and to achieve optimized strategy and enhance performance, we are expanding our team and looking for the role of Assistant Manager – International Business to:
prepare appropriate cost tracking financial information and report to assess performance of our business operation. Prepare and compile monthly reviews to evaluate the financial position of our business/investment and make recommendations for cost reduction and profit enhancement.
leverage existing relationships to embed business governance and approvals process into our subsidiary business. Work with the subsidiary company to develop or modify work process and set out guidelines for future workflow requirements, as per overriding principles approved in the Strategy Plan.
assist with origination, conversion and delivery of investment and development opportunities. Review investment and development proposal to ensure they are financially viable, and risk is within corporate guidance.
support executives and senior managers to develop and actively manage client and industry partner relationships
Degree major in accounting, legal, engineering, economics or construction management.
3 years or more in corporate strategy, budgeting, project development or management. (Less experienced candidates will be offered the position as an Associate)
Familiar with financial reporting, cost tracking, budget management and control.
Relevant experience in infrastructure or construction sector.
Solid presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Previous working or studying experience in Australia, UK or US will be considered a plus.
