Assistant Manager V Learning & Development

Responsibilities:

To assist the Learning & Development Manager and the team, develop, manage, promote and provide quality training programmes

  • Plan and implement the execution of various training programmes and events such as HKIHRM Pay Trend and Training Trend Seminar, Mini-conferences and other programmes
  • Responsible for training programmes development, promotion and sponsorship
  • Oversee the production of training materials, collateral and the development of new promotional materials
  • Review and evaluate learning methodologies and effectiveness of training programmes
  • Supervise team logistics
  • Engage and manage relationships with trainers, committees and participants
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and perform other departmental duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder with a  minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in training and/or events management, particularly 2 years’ at managerial level
  • Team player with good project management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Multi-tasking, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure with seasonal workload
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer

Work location: Causeway Bay

We offer attractive remuneration package with 13th month basic salary.
