Our client, a Japanese lending company, is looking for a suitable candidate as follows:

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop company rules corresponding to new accounting rules (IFRS9 etc.)
  • Review suppliers and outsourcing regards to cost cutting & efficiency measures
  • Manage personal files, job description, and introduction of KPI & evaluation system, etc.
  • Prepare reports and verify vouchers, list & documents, etc.
  • Handle attendance record, liaise with different departments
  • Assist in manager and support staff
  • Support ad-hoc duties upon required

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 2+ years’ experience in handling administrative works
  • Experience in equipment finance of leasing companies or banks is preferred
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available

 

Package

  • Mon – Fri / 09:00 - 17:30
  • Double Pay

  • Up to 25K (depends on experience)
