Assistant Manager – Property Management

Qualification and Requirement:

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronic Engineering or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in technical and operation management aspects, among which minimum 5 years in managing large-scale operation services.
• Experienced in managing large-scale of commercial office building and handling a solid track record in maintenance management is necessity.
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Presentable, detail-minded with good communication and leadership skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
