Assistant Manager V Risk Management & Compliance

The jobholder will be responsible for providing compliance advice on regulatory affairs and assurance. The duties include :

  1. To develop and implement risk and compliance framework and policies for the Company
  2. To develop and implement risk assessment to manage and monitor key business and operational risk.
  3. To develop and assist in monitoring compliance matters according to the Group’s policies and procedures
  4. To investigate all compliance and procedural issues and reports
  5. To develop an effective compliance training program including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.
  6. To conduct special investigations and assignments as requested by senior management


  1. Degree holder in Risk Management/Accounting/Finance/Law or related discipline;
  2. At least 3 years relevant experience preferably in Risk Management or Compliance experience,.
  3. Good analytical and communication skills and able to work independently.
  4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua.
  5. Efficient in handling multi-tasks.
  6. Candidates with less experience may consider as Compliance Officer.
