Job Overview

The job holder assists the Manager to implement corporate level’s digital communications strategy to enhance brand awareness through corporate website, intranet and social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute digital communications strategy and solutions with a focus on online platforms including corporate website, intranet and social media platforms
  • Work with internal teams on website updates, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
  • Clarify user requirements and liaise with vendor on website maintenance and enhancements
  • Keep track of site performance and execute SEO strategies to increase web traffic and subscribers
  • Execute digital advertising programmes and assist in growing the Group’s social media, as well as managing channel performance and content creation
  • Support online social listening and handle online community feedback

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or relevant qualification

Experience and skills:

  • 5 years’ corporate communication experience with a focus on digital communications and marketing
  • Solid experience in social media
  • Proficiency in the website content management system of Sitecore and knowledge of web analytic metrics is preferred
  • Familiar with the latest trends in digital content marketing
  • Strong writing and communications skills in both English and Chinese
  • Knowledge and experience in Simplified Chinese copywriting is an advantage
  • Proactive, creative, independent but good team player
  • Able to handle multitask and work under tight timeline
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
