Assistant Manager – Engineering

Responsibilities

• Work in building facilities engineering team for technical support to building management and business units upon routine building facilities repairing & maintenance (R&M), fitting-out, improvement and new services installation works
• Liaison with frontline R&M team, inter-departments, external vendors and termed contractor
• Prepare design, calculation and work scope to fulfil job/repair requisitions from building management and company business units
• Handle projects with planning, procurement, contract and quality control

 Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• With 5 years of relevant experience in new-build / A&A projects, with solid experience in project management is an advantage
• Work independently, solution-oriented and have proven track records of the capability with successful examples
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
