Assistant Manager – Office & Industrial Leasing

The successful candidate will report to the Supervisor and Section Head and be responsible for:

  • Assisting in formulating and implementing the set leasing strategies and action plans to meet the set KPIs for the assigned office / industrial portfolios
  • Lease negotiation and conclusion of new lettings / renewals/ rent review, and sustaining good relationships with tenants, corporate clients, property agencies and business partners
  • Handling leasing and tenancy administration independently for the assigned office / industrial portfolios
  • Providing quality tenant services, liaison, and tenancy administration
  • Conducting market research, analyzing data and compiling various reports
  • Assisting in budget planning, rental forecast and/or reports
  • Handling and coordination on renovation and fit out works, takeover/handover of premises, and all the related tenancy matters
  • Liaise and correlate with various functions on leasing and promotion activities and property management issues
  • Performing ad-hoc assignments as required from time to time


  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4-6 years’ solid experience in handling office & industrial property leasing, legal documents as well as dealing with corporate clients and property management people independently
  • Self-motivated, innovative and good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn and team work advocate. Strong common sense and proactive
  • Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
