Perform regular on-site quality assurance and monitoring field work related to regulated activities of the branches covering investment, insurance, and stock trading business
Handle sample checking and examine tasks for branch operations such as account opening process and pre-defined counter services operations
Investigate and analyze the deficiencies found and make detailed and timely communication and follow-up actions with the branches
Produce internal investigation reports and related MIS information & analysis
Support ad-hoc projects related to the quality control and monitoring functions
Degree in any discipline, preferably in Banking & Finance
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking sector
Familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards on regulated activities
Team player with sound analytical, planning and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
