Assistant Manager – Product Process Control (Branch Inspection & Quality Control Assurance)

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular on-site quality assurance and monitoring field work related to regulated activities of the branches covering investment, insurance, and stock trading business
• Handle sample checking and examine tasks for branch operations such as account opening process and pre-defined counter services operations
• Investigate and analyze the deficiencies found and make detailed and timely communication and follow-up actions with the branches
• Produce internal investigation reports and related MIS information & analysis
• Support ad-hoc projects related to the quality control and monitoring functions

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in Banking & Finance
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking sector
• Familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards on regulated activities
• Team player with sound analytical, planning and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
