Assistant Manager – Retail Marketing

  • Plan, formulate and execute tactics and thematic marketing promotions and campaigns to achieve the business target for retail outlets;
  • Keep track of the performance of the campaigns and compile analytical reports;
  • Explore and liaise with business partners in organizing joint-promotion;
  • Prepare in-store (POS) materials for the retail outlets and provide support in composing, updating, and maintaining marketing materials related to the loyalty programme;
  • Analyze performance and effectiveness of all CRM programs & prepare reports on a regular basis, monitor expenses as per budget assigned;
  • Organize VIP events and other retail events;
  • Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs; and
  • Collect market intelligence to follow trends and competition


  • Degree holder in Marketing / Business or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience (preferable in the Retail/ FMCG industry)
  • Excellent organizing skills with a strong analytical mind and business sense
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative; creative; detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
