Assistant Manager – Staff Engagement, C&B & HRMS (Ref: SSO/SE/AMC&B/CT)

  • Deliver full spectrum HR administration support with concentration in payroll & MPF/ORSO administration, taxation, employee compensation, benefits and performance management, etc.
  • Participate and coordinate for the implementation of the new HRMS
  • Manage HR Management System to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
  • Prepare various regular HR reports and support audit projects on regular basis
  • Support HR projects e.g. salary benchmarking, benefits upgrade/ review and HRIS upgrade, etc.
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
  • At least 5 years’ solid experience in Compensation & Benefit administration is preferred
  • Good analytical and organizing skills
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Possess good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, efficient, independent and good team player
  • Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values and a good team player
  • Diploma holders with less experience may be considered for the post of Human Resources Officer
