Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform budgetary control of annual OPEX and CAPEX to ensure the reasonableness and timeliness of spending for the group
  • Perform ongoing monitoring of procurement policy compliance status, assisting users to resolve any problems arising from execution including policy interpretation
  • Formulate steps and action plan to identify and implement various improvement areas in the procurement policy and operation
  • Prepare periodic reconciliation of stock and fixed assets and investigation about the root causes of any existing gaps
  • Handle ad hoc assignments related to tendering, financial control and analysis for international projects
  • Participate in new projects and collaborating with project teams to manage the financial risk
  • Prepare financial-related presentations in support of ad hoc or regular meetings with senior leadership for various projects being assigned
  • Able to influence internal customers and business partners in achieving targets and goals of the company in the aspect of financial control


  • Qualified Accountant with a bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant work experience
  • Good business acumen and attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; fluent in spoken English and Chinese
  • Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience in budgetary control and procurement process implementation is an advantage
